My FREEBIESSSSSS have arrived!!! teee heee~~~

Finally! My freebies from Garnier, Burberry and Ichikami have arrived!!! hehehe...
I thought it would take forever for them to arrive... but, to my surprise... I dint really wait that LONGGGG...hehe...
It has been 2 weeks since I left home for uni.... Thus, I was really excited to see all my freebies when I reached home just now! =)

Sardine/Tuna Rolls Recipe~

Sardine rolls have always been my FAVOURITE! It's crispy and delicious~
So, finally... I have decided to give it a try and make them myself!
And... to my surprise, they really turned out well! They are really YUMMYLICIOUS~~~ =)
Proven by my parents and my boyfriend~ teee heee~~~

* They are normally the guinea pigs for all my recipes~ LOL *

So, here is the recipe! It's really simple! And... You should really try it! =)

Ingredients:

1) Few slices of bread. * Depending on how many rolls you want to make * 
(Gardenia, High-5 or whatsoever brand)
2) 1 egg. * Lightly beaten *
3) Bread crumbs.
4) Sardine/Tuna filling.
5) Oil. * To fry *

Ta daaaa~ here are the ingredients!

Method:
1) Spread the sardine/tuna filling on the bread and make them into rolls or just fold them.

2) Then, dip the rolls into the beaten egg.

3) After which, cover the rolls completed with bread crumbs.

* Don't worry, the bread crumbs will stick easily to the bread because of the egg. *

Bread completely covered with bread crumbs.

Let them rest for 2-3 minutes before frying them.

* Let them rest for 2 to 3 minutes before frying them *


4) Finally, fry the rolls with medium heat until golden brown with a little bit of oil.

It is just that SIMPLE!

Day 13 – Your favourite Korean artist.

I do enjoy watching Korean dramas and listening to Korean songs! =)

So, practically, I do adore quite many Korean artists! 

e.g: Singers: SNSD, CN Blue, KARA, ShiNee, 2Ne1, and After School!!!

      Actors : Lee Min Ho, Jang Geun Suk, and Park Min Young!!!

However... I would say that my favourite Korean artist is Lee Min Ho!!! hehehe... 

I adore him a lot after watching City Hunter!!! 

He's very handsome, cool, cute and charming! =)

And... I have just got to know that he is dating Park Min Young! 

The lead actress in City Hunter! Nice!!!

What a lovely couple! Both are very charming~ teee heee~~~ =)

Happy Valley Restaurant in Kuching!!!

Happy Valley Restaurant is one the MOST FAMOUS western food restaurant in Kuching!
The atmosphere there is just PERFECT!
It's really ROMANTIC... with all the dim lights and garden-themed deco!!! =)

* A PERFECT place to DATE of course! hahaha... *

This restaurant is MOST FAMOUS for their BBQ meat~~~

Grilled Pork Chop with Black Pepper Sauce~

Chicken Gordon Bleu~

Both the Grilled Pork Chop with Black Pepper Sauce and Chicken Gordon Bleu are simply YUMMYLICIOUS and DELICIOUS!!! Teeee heeee~~~
The pork chop is really juicy and tender!!!
However, I personally love Chicken Gordon Bleu more! Because.. .this restaurant's one is really SPECIAL! Normally, Chicken Gordon Bleu is filled with cheese...
But... this restaurant's one is filled with CHEESE and HAM!!! That's why it is EXTRA DELICIOUS~ haha...
* I think I can eat two sets of Chicken Gordon Bleu myself!!! Greedy me.... hahahaha.... *

Pink Lady~

You can never guess what's in Pink Lady!
At first I thought it was just "sirap bandung"! huhu... thinking that...
*haiya...just sirap bangdung is it... thought what so special... some more named it, Pink Lady! >.< *
But... after taking the first sip, I was surprised!
I was like... *Wow!!! It's sirap bandung with Sprite or 7-up or something which gives the drink a fizzy taste!*
It's something which I have not tasted before... haha...
The combination is really not bad... LOL...* I think we can try to make some at home too..haha...*


Overall, the atmosphere at the restaurant is really NICE and ROMANTIC and definitely, the food is really GOOD and DELICIOUS~~~ The price is also very reasonable~ =)

Rating : 4.5 stars out of 5 stars! =)

P/S : I will definitely go to the restaurant again if I happen to go to Kuching again! Starting to miss Chicken Gordon Bleu already~~~ =)
